Important Notes
• Please arrive early to allow for check-in and unloading.
• All booths, displays, and vehicles must follow venue safety requirements.

Vehicle Display Rules

Vehicles in the Vendor Hall
If you plan to bring a vehicle into the venue (display/demo), pre-approval is required.
Vehicle Requirements
- Fuel must be less than 1/4 tank (strict requirement).
- All vehicles must be moved in and positioned between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 28th.
- Vehicles must be pre-approved by the event handler: Kash Qaddus.
- Vehicles must be placed safely and remain compliant with venue rules and staff direction.
✅ Vehicle approval is not automatic. If you arrive without approval, you may be denied entry into the hall with the vehicle.

Important Notes
• Tear down begins only after competitions are completed and the venue is cleared by staff.
• Please confirm exact tear down timing with the FILM FEST organizer and event staff onsite before packing or moving vehicles.
